Atletico Madrid remain interested in landing Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman in case there are more departures at the club this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Atletico Madrid continue to restructure their squad for the upcoming season. The ‘Colchoneros’ have so far announced the arrivals of Ruggeri, Alex Baena and most recently Thiago Almada.
On the other hand, Angel Correa decided to leave the club this summer as well as Rodrigo Riquelme. In addition, there are reports that Rodrigo de Paul could join his national teammate Lionel Messi at Inter Miami.
Fabrizio Romano has reported that in the event of further departures from the Spanish side, the ‘Colchoneros’ would go for Atalanta striker Ademola Lookman, in whom they remain firmly interested.
The Nigerian striker has made 40 official appearances for the “Dea” this season, 34 of which have been starts, in which he has scored 20 goals and provided six assists.
