The Italian journalist claims Chelsea are nearing an agreement with Crystal Palace for the signing of Maxence Lacroix, who recently represented France at the World Cup.
The 26-year-old centre-back is understood to be keen on the move to Stamford Bridge. He remains under contract with the Eagles until 2029, with the transfer fee expected to be in the region of €40 million.
