The French forward started three of PSG’s first four Ligue 1 fixtures, but his minutes have gradually decreased. Against Brest, he featured only in the final 20 minutes, according to Tribuna.
Desire Doue has racked up 222 minutes in the competition, still without a goal or assist. Last season, however, he posted impressive numbers, averaging 3.65 shots and 1.93 key passes per 90 minutes.
According to L’Équipe, there are no fitness concerns, and the player’s camp considers the situation temporary. Luis Enrique is sticking to his policy of rotating the squad, while Ferran Torres has emerged as direct competition for playing time.
