Endrick shared some thoughtful reflections in an interview with ‘Globoesporte’. The Real Madrid forward, currently lacking playing time, spoke about the privilege footballers enjoy.
“Being a footballer is not difficult. Yes, difficult things happen sometimes, but we cannot say that being a player is hard,” said the forward, who is struggling for minutes at Real Madrid.
Endrick showed that he has a mature head on his shoulders: “What is hard is having to wake up at five in the morning to go to work from Monday to Sunday,” he said.
“We face huge pressure, but we must be grateful for what football provides us. We earn money and we can change our family’s life,” he concluded.
