The Spanish international has been rewarded for his impressive form with a long-term deal in the French capital.
PSG have secured the long-term future of Fabian. The French champions officially announced a contract extension for the Spanish midfielder, whose new terms run until June 2029, with an option to further extend the agreement until 2030.
As reported by Mario Cortegana of The Athletic, an agreement in principle was reached as early as April, though the extension has only now been formalised. With his previous deal due to expire in 2027, PSG acted decisively to prolong his stay at the Parc des Princes.
A vital component of the Parisian squad, Fabian was a starter in both of the club’s UEFA Champions League final appearances. The midfielder has also been a key protagonist for the Spanish national team during their impressive run to the 2026 World Cup final.
Since joining from Napoli in 2022, he has developed into one of the most dependable figures in the team’s engine room. Boasting exceptional vision, technical quality, and tactical discipline, Fabian continues to be a cornerstone of the French club’s sporting project.
